VALIDASI HASIL PEMERIKSAAN JUMLAH TROMBOSIT SECARA AUTOANALYZER DAN MANUAL MENGGUNAKAN AMONIUM OKSALAT 1%
Platelets are pieces of blood or platelets that are fragments or smallpieces of the megacariocyte cytoplasm. The amount in the adult body is between 150.000 – 400.000/mm3. Platelets play an important role in hemostasis serves to protect blood vessel walls. Platelets are adhesion and aggregation. The objective of this study was to compare the results of platelet count examination by autoanalyzer by manual using 1 % ammonium oxalate. The type of research is Descriptive analytical with cross sectional design, in December 2016- June 2017. The population is all patients that seek treatment to RSUD Solok who perform the count of platelet with the number of 30 samples, which is 16-40 years old. It is known that average age of respondent is 27,7 years old, the average of platelet count with autoanalyzer method is 277.070/mm3± 54.900/mm3 and the average number of platelets with 1 % ammonium oxalate manual method is 269.930± 55.200/mm3 with p value 0,0001 (p<0,05). It can be seen that there is a significant difference of platelet average between the autoanalyzer method and the manual method.
